One of the most exciting projects I was ever able to project manage was with global renowned sports brand Nike to help project manage the staffing and tech support for its 2016 Rio Summer Olympics pop-up. Working with multiple agencies who brought the creative to life, our ask was to provide clear paths for training, administrative tech and multi-channeled staffing support so attendees and athletes alike would part take in exclusive on-demand retail products, activities, and experiences. This is the Nike “Unlimited House”.
